Software providers include these files with their programs to assist users. Those running Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 need to download the program from WIndows Update to view .hlp files. - Remote Assistance lets someone help you from across the world.computer problems image by kuhar from Fotolia.com
