- 1). Right-click the "Start" button on your Windows Vista or XP PC. No matter which operating system you are running, the "Start" button will be located on the lower left corner of your computer's screen. A box will appear. Click either "Settings" or "Properties." You will be brought to a window where you can manipulate the way your Start menu is displayed, along with a few other options.
- 2). Click "Taskbar and Start Menu." Click onto the "Start Menu Programs" tab. Click the "Add" button and then "Browse." From here, find Tracfone. You can look in Program Files to find the local program EXE file, or you can look on your desktop if you added shortcuts to it, which is another way to easily access your programs.
- 3). Click on Tracfone and click "Open" and then click the "Next" button. Tracfone will be set to the "Pinned Items" list on your Start menu. If you are running Windows Vista, simply click the "Apply" button and Tracfone will be added to the main list of programs on your Start menu. In XP, click "Finish" when it appears and Tracfone will be added to the Start menu.
