- 1). Travel to Varrock and walk north to the Grand Exchange. Purchase two Wolf Bones.
- 2). Travel to Taverly and walk to the Summoning store located on the northeast side of town.
- 3). Talk to Pikkupstix and complete the Wolf Whistle quest.
- 4). Travel to Varrock and walk north to the Grand Exchange. Purchase a Raw Chicken.
- 5). Withdraw a Gold Charm and 201gp. You must have eight Spirit Shards per Pouch and each shard costs 25gp. A pouch costs 1gp.
- 6). Travel to Taverly and walk to the Summoning store.
- 7). Purchase eight Spirit Shards and one Pouch from Pikkupstix.
- 8). Open the trapdoor and climb down the ladder.
- 9). Right-click the east obelisk and click "Infuse Pouch." Select "Dreadfowl" from the list. Your character infuses the pouch using a Gold Charm, Raw Chicken, eight Spirit Shards and a Pouch for each Summoning Pouch.
