How to Boot From a CD in OSX

    • 1). Insert the CD-ROM into your Mac's optical drive.

    • 2). Click the "Apple" icon in the upper-left corner of the screen. Select "Restart" near the bottom of the menu.

    • 3). Press the "c" key on your keyboard as soon as the system begins to start up. This tells the computer to the boot from the CD-ROM.
