- 1). Trim the remainder of the threads so that each end is at least as long as the knotted part of the bracelet.
- 2). Tie an overhand knot at the end of each group of loose strands.
- 3). Trim the ends again, being careful not to cut too close to the knot.
- 4). Coat the loose threads with a drop of clear nail polish or clear glue. This will secure the knot and prevent the ends from fraying.
- 5). Tie the bracelet around a wrist with a square knot or bow.
