How to Adjust the Sound Balance in Windows 7

    • 1). Right-click the speaker icon in your system tray and select “Playback Devices.” The Sound window appears.

    • 2). Right-click “Speakers” or another playback device that you want to configure and select “Properties.”

    • 3). Click the “Levels” tab at the top of the device properties window.

    • 4). Click the “Balance” button to open the Balance window.

    • 5). Click and drag the sliders to the left or right in the Balance window to adjust the left, right or other sound channels. Click “OK” when you’re finished.
