Normal Reset

• 1). Close all open programs on your Aflac computer.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Start" button. Click the arrow next to the "Shut Down" button. Select "Restart." Wait while the computer resets itself.
  
  
• 3). Log back onto Windows using your Windows account password if you have one established.
  
  

Hard Reset

• 1). Hold down the power button on the computer until the computer turns off. You should only do this if the operating system is not responding and you are unable to perform a normal restart.
  
  
• 2). Wait 15 seconds to allow the computer to come to a full rest.
  
  
• 3). Press the power button again to restart the computer.
