The benefits of an exercise regime cannot be understated.
A good regular exercise regime has many benefits especially to your long term health.

    The results are that these muscles enlarge and become stronger and tighter, this then lifts the breasts and makes them look perkier, reduces sagging.

So as you can see a proper training routine can be highly beneficial, while not making your cleavage bigger, it will look bigger and reduce sagging breasts.
