How to Access ActiveX

    • 1). Click the "Start" menu followed by "Internet Explorer" to launch your Web browser.

    • 2). Click the "Tools" menu, and then click "Manage Add-ons." A new dialog box launches.

    • 3). Click the "Toolbars and Extensions" button under "Add-on Types." Under "Show," click "Downloaded controls" to display all of the ActiveX controls that are currently installed on your computer. If you want to delete a particular ActiveX control, select it and click "More information."

    • 4). Click the "Remove" button. If prompted, enter your administrator password.
