- 1). Turn the needle flywheel toward you and raise the needle to its top-most position. The flywheel is on the right of the machine and is the very top, round knob. Raise the presser foot by lifting the handle at the back of the sewing machine directly behind the presser foot and needle.
- 2). Slide the spool of thread onto the spool pin sideways and cover the thread with the thread cap.
- 3). Pull the thread away from the thread spool toward the left side of the Euro Pro 7133. Draw the thread into the metal guide that is at the top of the thread path channel.
- 4). Pull the thread down into the right side of the thread path channel. At the bottom of the right thread channel, lift the thread and bring it upward as you follow the left thread path channel. Pull the thread into the metal guide hook at the top of the left thread path channel.
- 5). Pull the thread down from the guide hook, drawing it in front of the Euro Pro 7133 sewing machine and toward the sewing machine needle. Hook the thread in the small metal clip that sits directly above the needle.
- 6). Grasp the tip of the sewing thread with the sewing tweezers and clip the end with the thread snips or sharp sewing scissors. Push the tip of the thread through the eye of the needle, from front to back.
- 7). Grasp the thread tip that is protruding from the back of the sewing machine needle with the sewing tweezers. Pull a thread tail of several inches toward the back of the sewing machine.
