How to Unzip a Compressed Folder

    • 1). Navigate to the folder where your compressed file is located and right-click. A pop-up menu will appear on the screen.

    • 2). Look for the "Extract all" option. Click on this with the left mouse button. A new window will appear in the middle of the screen.

    • 3). Either enter a folder that you wish the file to be extracted to, or use the browse button to choose an existing folder. Choose the "Extract" option at the bottom of the window.

    • 4). Your file will be extracted into the folder indicated. It is now ready to use.
