How to Restore a Panel in Windows XP

    • 1). Go to the "Start" menu.

    • 2). Click on "Programs."

    • 3). Click on "Accessories."

    • 4). Click on "System Restore." This action will bring up a system restore window.

    • 5). Select the "Restore my computer to an earlier time" radio button.

    • 6). Click on "Next" at the bottom right of the System Restore window. This will bring you to several restore points.

    • 7). Click on the restore point that has a date and time previous to the date and time of the panel deletion you wish to restore.

    • 8). Click on "Next" at the bottom right of the system restore window. This will bring you to a confirmation screen.

    • 9). Click "Next." The System Restore will shut down all open applications and reboot your computer.
