How to Play a TS Video on Windows XP

    • 1). Open the "Video_TS" folder on your computer. If the folder is contained on a DVD, insert the DVD into your computer. Click "Start" and "Computer." Right-click the DVD icon and click "Explore" to access the contents on the DVD. Locate and open the "Video_TS" folder.

    • 2). Locate the icon with the .VOB file extension. There may be more than one of these files in the folder. These files contain the actual video information for the DVD. Right-click on the .VOB file you want to play.

    • 3). Click "Open With." Select "Windows Media Player." The .VOB file will open in Microsoft's media player and begin to play. Repeat these steps for any other .VOB files in the "Video_TS" folder you want to play.
