Expect to pay about $20 to $70 per day for a rental, depending on the equipment you choose.

You can also just find the tool that you need and then enter your location to find one that is available close to you. Sunbelt has floor buffers, scrubbers, and other tile cleaners available in certain areas.
- When you rent tile cleaning equipment, the old adage applies: if you break it, you bought it. At least you will pay a hefty fine to have the equipment restored to its original condition. Even if you didn't cause the damage, you could be held responsible for it, so be sure that you look over the equipment and the rental contract thoroughly so that you will know what to expect in case of a problem before taking your rental home. You may also need to buy additional supplies to be used with your tile cleaner, such as a strong cleaning solution to apply to the tile grooves and floor polish to go with your buffer.
