- 1). Wait for the stove to cool.
- 2). Look around the edge of the burner for the spot where the ends of the coils connect straight into the stove.
- 3). Place your fingertips under the edge of the burner's outer coil opposite to where it connects.
- 4). Lift up the burner slightly and then pull the burner toward you to disconnect it from the stovetop. Set the burner aside.
- 5). Remove the drip pan from the stovetop. Clean it or the area underneath as desired.
- 1). Wait for the stove to cool if used recently.
- 2). Grasp the burner grate carefully by the right and left sides. Lift it slowly from the stovetop. Set it aside.
- 3). Remove the burner cap. Clean the pan, cap, burner, and burner flame ports as needed.
