How to Remove Rinse Agent From the Dishwasher Dispenser

    • 1). Find the rinse agent dispenser in your dishwasher. In many dishwashers, the rinse agent dispenser is located next to the soap dispenser on the inner side of the door.

    • 2). Remove the cap covering the rinse agent dispenser.

    • 3). Pour white vinegar into the rinse agent dispenser until it is full.

    • 4). Clean away any built up residue on the rinse agent cap using the vinegar.

    • 5). Put the cap back in place covering the rinse agent dispenser.

    • 6). Close the door of the dishwasher and turn on the wash cycle. The remaining vinegar will be completely removed from the rinse agent dispenser after a few wash cycles.
