Hi I'm Dan Reinecke with Unknown Media, and today I'm going to show you how to edit eye color in pictures. Now for this what we are going to need to do is jump in to our photo editing software. So lets get to it. Alright so this is the photo that I have chosen to show you how to edit eye color in your pictures. So first off lets go ahead and just zoom right in to that eye. Now lets go ahead and use our selection tool up here. And lets just go ahead and give a rough selection of the eye. Now with this lets go ahead and select our hue saturation layer. Now by making this selection first what that's going to do is make it so the affected layer isn't going to affect anything in the picture other then that selection. So as you can see it's only going to affect the selection that we just made. So now from here don't worry about anything else around the eye. Just choose what eye color you would like to change it to. You can also go ahead and increase the saturation of it. And even in the drop down menu you can go ahead and choose specific colors in the eye itself to change. Change some of the cyans here. Go ahead and make it nice and blue. So once you are satisfied with the color that you like for your eye go ahead and close the properties menu. And what we are going to do is grab the paint brush selection. Now with that make sure that your color is going to be black. What that is going to do is affect your layer mask and all you have to do is simply paint out the areas that you don't want to be affected by the layer. Now what this is actually doing it's affecting just the layer mask. And I'm taking away the layer in which you are painting over. Go ahead and go into the pupil as well. Cause we just want it to affect the color in the eye. So go ahead and zoom back out a little bit. And we'll go ahead and toggle it on and off. And as you can see it's quite a drastic change.
