- 1). Disconnect and secure the vehicle's negative battery terminal.
- 2). Connect the power wire to the vehicle's positive battery terminal and run the cable to the location where the amplifier will be mounted. Refer to the amplifier's installation documentation to determine the proper wire gauge.
- 3). Install a ground wire within 18 inches of the amplifier's installation location. Refer to the amplifier's installation documentation to determine the proper wire gauge.
- 4). Connect a remote turn-on wire to the vehicle's source unit and run the wire to the amplifier's installation location.
- 5). Connect RCA cables to the vehicle's source unit and run the cables to the amplifier's installation location.
- 6). Mount the amplifier using the mounting hardware included with the amplifier.
- 7). Connect the power wire and ground wire to their respective terminals on the amplifier.
- 8). Plug the RCA cables into the amplifier's RCA inputs and connect the remote turn-on wire.
- 9). Reconnect the vehicle's negative battery terminal.
