How to Use Vinegar for Cleaning Windows & Glass

    • 1). Pour 2 cups of water, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1/2 tsp. liquid dish detergent into a spray bottle. Twist on the cap and shake the bottle to blend the cleaning ingredients.

    • 2). Spray a light mist of the cleaning solution onto the windows or glass surface. Using only a light mist is important, as too much will create a thick film of cleaning solution that is hard to remove.

    • 3). Wipe the glass clean using large circular motions. Use a lint-free cloth that will prevent small lint specs from transferring onto the surface of the glass or windows.
