- 1). Sprinkle table salt into the pan. The amount of salt needed depends on the amount of milk found on the pan.
- 2). Fill the pan roughly halfway with an equal amount of water and white vinegar.
- 3). Place the pan on the stove and turn it onto low heat. Wait until the mixture inside the pan comes to a boil and leave it on the stove for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- 4). Turn off the stove. Wait about 5 to 10 minutes until the solution cools.
- 5). Scrub the pan thoroughly with the sponge or dish scrubber to remove the milk stains and foul odors.
- 6). Rinse the pan with tap water and dry it with a soft cloth.
