How to Disable Services in Msconfig

    • 1). Open the Windows Start menu. Type "msconfig" into the Start menu and press Enter (or double-click the msconfig program) to launch the utility.

    • 2). Click the "Services" tab.

    • 3). Un-check the service(s) you wish to disable. Make sure you know which services you are disabling. Click "OK" to save the changes. You may be asked to restart the computer.
