How to Troubleshoot a Ground Fogger

    • 1). Verify the correct fogger liquid is being used. Not all fogging machines use the same liquid. Using liquids other than those specified may result in blockage, leakage or other damage.

    • 2). Inspect the fogger for any damage. Check the unit enclosure, remote control, cords and plugs for any cracks or exposed wires. Do not use the fogger if any of these conditions are found. Replace the necessary parts, or replace the fogger completely.

    • 3). Replace the fuses if the fogger is inoperable. A bad fuse can prevent the machine from functioning. Unplug the machine. Do not use a fuse other than the specified size or type. Each model will have different instructions for locating and replacing the fuse, but typically it is located behind a service panel. Remove the service panel with a screw driver for access to the fuse.
