- 1). Scroll down to the "Settings" option on the iPod's main menu and press the "Select" button to view the device's settings.
- 2). Scroll down to the "Volume Limit" option and press the "Select" button to select the "Volume Limit" option.
- 3). Move your finger around the device's click-wheel in the clockwise direction to increase the volume bar to its maximum level.
- 4). Press the "Play" button to set the volume bar at its maximum level and remove the volume limit.
- 1). Connect the iPod Shuffle to the computer via the USB connection cable that came with the device. Double-click the iTunes application icon to launch the application.
- 2). Click on the iPod Shuffle below the "Devices" heading in the iTunes application window.
- 3). Click the "Settings" tab and select the "Limit Maximum Volume" option.
- 4). Click on the maximum volume slider and drag it all the way to the right to set the maximum volume at its highest level.
- 5). Click the "Apply" button to save the changes and remove the volume limit from the iPod Shuffle.
- 1). Tap the "Settings" icon on the iPod Touch's home screen.
- 2). Tap the "iPod" option on the Settings screen.
- 3). Tap the "Volume Limit" option and slide the volume limit slider all the way to the right to set the volume limit at its maximum level and remove the sound limit from the device. If you have locked your volume limit, you may have to tap the "Unlock Volume Limit" option and enter your volume limit passcode before moving the volume limit slider.
