If I Could Only Watch One…
…Episode I would watch Episode 191: Save the World which features some of the most defining moments in the entire Dragon Ball Z series for several characters. Gohan steps up and takes his father's place, Vegeta experiences loss for his son and commits fully to helping his new comrades and Piccolo admits how much he cares for Gohan and what affect he had had on his life. Yamcha and Tien even get to step up in a powerful battle that features everyone fighting together against the evil Cell.
How to Watch
Due to its popularity, the sixth season of the Dragon Ball Z anime is fairly easy to get your hands on. All episodes are streamed on Hulu, though the best version of the show would be the new complete Dragon Ball Z Season Six Blu-ray set.
