- 1). Use the personal computer that has your personal iTunes software and your Outlook software loaded on it. Open the iTunes program.
- 2). Power on your iPhone and plug it into the computer using the USB cable that comes standard with all iPhones when purchased.
- 3). Look to the devices list, located on the left side of the iTunes window. Click on the the iPhone icon once the software recognizes that you have plugged in the phone.
- 4). Click the "Info" tab in the center of the iTunes window. From the Contacts section, click to put a check mark in the box next to the words "Sync contacts from."
- 5). Click on "Outlook" from the drop-down menu that appears. Click to select the groups of contacts that you wish to transfer to your phone, and then click on the "Apply" button, located at the bottom right-hand corner of the iTunes. The software will then transfer your contacts from Outlook to your iPhone.
