- 1). Click "Start" and click "All Programs." Click the "iTunes" folder and click "iTunes" to open the program. On a Mac, click "iTunes" on the "Apple" menu.
- 2). Click "Store" on the "File" menu and click "Sign In." Type your Apple ID and click "Sign in." On the "iTunes App" page, click "App Store."
- 3). Go to the Quickoffice Connect app, the DataCase app or the "Documents To Go app.
- 4). Purchase the selected app. Click "Yes" to confirm and it downloads to your iTunes. Click "Apps" under "Library" on the right-hand side of the iTunes window to see the downloaded app.
- 5). Connect one end of the iPhone USB cable to the iPhone. Connect the other end to your computer.
- 6). Click on the name of the device in "iTunes." Click the "Apps" tab. Check the box next to the app you want to upload to the iPhone. Click "Sync" to sync the app to the iPhone.
- 7). Tap "Apps" on the iPhone "Home" screen to see the selected app. Follow the instructions to install the app on the iPhone.
- 8). Transfer Microsoft Excel files to iTunes and then sync with the iPhone to view the files.
