Directions to Clean Brass

    • 1). Wipe the brass regularly with a clean, damp cloth to remove loose dust.

    • 2). Pour enough salt into a bowl to clean your entire brass surface, and stir in vinegar slowly until a thick toothpaste-like consistency forms.

    • 3). Dip a cleaning rag into the mixture, and rub the mixture onto the brass, covering the entire piece of brass with a thin layer of the mixture. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

    • 4). Wipe the salt and vinegar mixture off of the brass with a clean, damp cloth. This will have polished and restored shine to your brass surfaces.
