- 1). Use a lower heat setting with Calphalon cookware than you would with other cookware. Calphalon heats and cools more quickly so it's important to use the correct heat setting.
- 2). Use plastic, wood or coated utensils when cooking. Using metal utensils can damage the nonstick finish of the cookware.
- 3). Only wash Calphalon non-stick cookware by hand. Fill a sink with warm water and a squirt of liquid dish soap. Place the cookware in the water and scrub clean with a sponge. Rinse under cool water to remove soap residue. Dry with a towel, or allow to air dry.

- 4). Clean the cookware after each use. Rinse the cookware under cool water in the sink. Place in the dishwasher. Add dish detergent and wash the cookware on a regular cycle.
