- 1). Click the link in the Resources section to download BlackBerry Media Sync. Save the file to your desktop, and double-click the file to run the installation wizard.
- 2). Click "Next" or "Continue" and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
- 3). Click "Start," "All Programs," "BlackBerry" and "BlackBerry Media Sync" on your PC. For Macs, open the Applications folder in Finder and double-click the "BlackBerry Media Sync" icon to run the program.
- 4). Connect your BlackBerry to your computer by plugging the USB cable into your phone and your computer's USB port.
- 5). Click the "Name Your Device" field and type a name for your BlackBerry. Select "iTunes" in the Music section and click "Import" and "OK" to import your album art from iTunes.
- 6). Check the boxes next to the iTunes playlist you wish to add to your BlackBerry, or check the box next to "Add random music to free space."
- 7). Click "Sync" and "OK" to complete the transfer. Unplug your BlackBerry once synchronization is complete.
