Knowing that you want to be able to win back an ex girlfriend and actually being able to take all of the right steps to make that happen are definitely two different things. 1) They try too hard to persuade their ex girlfriend to come back to them.

Unless you are a complete expert in persuasion, this is about the worst thing that you can do. Even then, there are much better strategies. Trying to persuade someone to feel a certain way is not going to make them feel that way. When you try to persuade your ex girlfriend into coming back to you, you usually just end up pushing her FURTHER away from you.

2) They try to play the blame game with her and expect that she will come back out of feeling guilty.

When couples resort to blaming one another, you can tell right away that they are not going to be able to work things out. You don't want to get caught up in feeling like you need to win the battle of the blame. It's not worth it. In the end, all you are going to do is make your ex girlfriend feel madder at you than she was when she broke up with you.

3) They try to have other people speak on their behalf.

Trying to get her best friend to talk on your behalf to tell her that she should give you another chance is a terrible idea, but a lot of men make that mistake. There is no sense in trying to get someone else to try and do what you need to do. If you want to win her back, then it's up to YOU to make that happen.
