- 1). Log in to your Facebook account and go to Mafia Wars. You should already be a member. If you aren't, you must first obtain a Facebook account and then sign up for the Mafia Wars game.
- 2). Click "Recruit" and you'll see "Requests from other Mafias."
- 3). Click "Accept" for the mafias that you want to join. If you see one you don't want to join, click "Ignore."
