- Boil several packages of spaghetti noodles and place them in two large rubber buckets. Purchase several fake body parts, such as severed fingers, ears, eyeballs and tongues. Mix the body parts in with the cooked noodles. Add olive oil to the noodles to keep them from sticking together. Have two teens stand at the buckets. When you say, "Go," the boys must search for one of each body part in the noodles. The first teen boy to find an ear, a tongue, a finger and an eyeball wins the game.
- For a messy game for teenage boys, play a game of worm find. Place enough plates around a table for each boy to have one. Place five gummy worms on each plate. Cover the worms with whipped cream. When you say, "Eat the worms," the boys must put their hands behind their back and find the worms. The first teen to find and eat all the worms wins the game. The teen must open his mouth to show all the worms are gone.
- As each teen arrives to the party, place a famous scary character on his back. Use male characters, such as Michael Myers of "Halloween," Edward Scissorhands of "Edward Scissorhands," Jason of "Friday the 13th" and Freddy Krueger of "A Nightmare on Elm Street." The teens must ask each other "yes" or "no" questions about their character to try to figure out who they are. The first teen to figure his character out wins a prize. Tell the teens to keep playing to see if anyone else can figure out which character they are.
- Divide the teen boys into groups of four or five. Give each team a list of 25 items they can find indoors and outdoors. Write down items, such as an acorn, black nail polish, a leaf, piece of bubble gum, garlic, lock of black hair, a candy corn and a spider web (real or fake.) The first group back with 20 of the 25 items on their scavenger list wins the game.
