Testing Time and Life With Purpose and Intent

Over the last several weeks I have heard from some of my clients regarding their lives and how they have benefited in our work together.
One client has been going through a very, very transformative period in which there have been surgeries, loss of work, disability etc.
This person has been relatively successful in life but now, with rehabilitation and uncertainty with future employment life is at a crisis in what to do.
Well, during our consultation it became clear that he has a strong affinity and talent for writing short stories, both fiction and non fiction.
This validation gave my client great happiness and hope, something that had been lacking lately.
I also recently spoke with another client who has been having tremendous difficulty with an arm, actually it is the elbow.
She has had several surgeries and eight screws with a metal plate inserted to stabilize the fracture after falling off a ladder.
My client was very concerned about coming to see me as a Reiki practitioner because of her family's religious beliefs.
Her family feels that the energy work I do is out of the realm of traditional medicine and modality, and that what I do is suspect in their mind.
If you feel that you need to justify what you do for others or yourself you are in trouble.
So, I had my client get up on my table (on the back, and relaxed) and began to work on her elbow and in a few moments she began to cry.
I thought that I had some how injured her, but upon asking what was wrong I was told that for the first time in months there was feeling in her arm.
I was told that there was an intense amount of warmth and circulation in this area which surprised her, and that this had caught her off guard, but in a wonderful way.
She did not know how she would conceal her sessions from her family, but she has been adamant and consistent in coming to her sessions.
Often times many of my clients seek me as a "last hope", which had they come to me at an earlier stage of their difficulties there may have been less pain and frustration involved.
Yet after many years of practicing Astrology and Reiki I have come to find that this is just what is needed for the lesson to be learned, or at least addressed.
I can see and predict much of what my clients will eventually experience simply by deducting planetary measurements and reasoned insight into human nature, it is not magic or otherwise; it is simply the science of nature and the nature of science.
I am not writing this for my readers to think highly of me, but to let you know that our actions (for good or bad) will test us in ways we could not have imagined.
Our purpose in life is very often decided by our intent in life, and it is important to make these distinctions with clarity and resolve.
Often, we find ourselves limited by the beliefs of others, whether it is family or friends.
The examples I have given you are of regular and respected individuals in our community, people that eventually listened to their higher source, and finding a positive direction.
If purpose and intent are clear and reasoned, we will always find our true direction.
