- 1). Remove the pan with the poached peaches from the stove top. Cool for for 20 to 30 minutes or until room temperature.
- 2). Lift the peaches out of the poaching liquid with a slotted spoon and place peaches in the air-tight container.
- 3). Pour the poaching liquid over the peaches to completely cover the peaches.
- 4). Seal the container and refrigerate the poached peaches for three to five days.
- 5). Serve the peaches and the poaching liquid chilled or bring the peaches to room temperature before serving.
