- 1). Increase the amount of water you drink, double it if possible.
- 2). Eat more proteins and vitamin-enriched foods, specifically those with vitamin A, C, D and zinc.
- 3). Lessen or stop drinking caffeine.
- 4). Find a doctor-recommended, over-the-counter skin renewal or stretchmark removal cream or lotion. Use it according to the directions regularly.
- 5). Consult a doctor before considering surgery of any type. If your doctor says surgery is a viable option, then proceed with it.
