- Some don't believe that vitamins can increase the growth rate of the hair. Vitamins such as folic acid, biotin, beta carotene and B-complex can sometimes double the regular hair growth rate.
- Having a healthful and balanced diet to increase hair growth is a fact. Growing healthy hair is dependent on drinking lots water, eating protein and green leafy vegetables.
