- 1). Cool your Halloween bundt cake in the bundt pan on a cooling rack for one to two hours.
- 2). Combine powdered sugar and buttermilk in a bowl using a whisk to make the frosting. Whisk faster when the sugar has been completely incorporated into the milk. Continue whisking until the frosting is smooth.
- 3). Add orange food coloring to the frosting mix following bottle's recommendations. Whisk the frosting until the color is evenly distributed.
- 4). Place your cake stand or serving platter over the top of the bundt cake pan. Hold the two together tightly and flip the pan and plate so the bundt pan is upside down over the plate. Shake the pan lightly to disengage the cake.
- 5). Microwave the frosting mixture for 10 seconds. Drizzle the frosting slowly over the top of the cake, rotating the plate or cake stand as your pour. Continue until you have run out of frosting.
