Why? Because If one do not keep the record of the amount of calories taken daily, it is possible to consciously or unconsciously eat more of calories or fail to keep it under check which will be detrimental to ones health.

The more you observe that you have eaten enough food that contains calorie the next is to thinkhow to keep it within the acceptable limit or better still try to eliminate it from your body system.
This is very essential for optimal health, because if you fail to observe this, it will have a negative effect on you afterward.

It has been observed that over eating will often lead to having excess deposit of calorie in the body system, to those with tendency to add weight it is obvious that they should try to avoid this for optimal health.
Why not reduce your food intake by half for this is very beneficial, because your going down on weight start from reduction on the quantity of food consumed on daily basis.
No doubt it is good to eat but not to excess for that will endanger our health.
Little intake of healthy food will enhance our body ability to eliminate unhealthy calories.
This may be impossible if one is in the habit of constantly adding to the stored calories through uncontrolled eating habit.

Another important feature of calorie deficit system is to stay for a day or two in a week without food

For example, any day you fast consciously you will notice that your system tends to be more healthy the next day.
For the above reason not on religious leanings try to fast for few days every week, this will improve your calorie deficit system.
So skipping one or two meals EACH WEEK will not harm you but help your system.
The frequency the better for your system.
As you observe this simple health tips you notice that you will start to go down on weight gradually.
I believe that a little modification of your eating habit and your reduction on the quantity of food consumed daily will improve your body system, so that you become more productive, trim and free from over weight.
