Actually like then it your most you don't go as crazy on the weekends as its way I don't feel like I have to I don't I don't feel deprived of the nutrients that you know I don't feel like I'm starving myself so I don't you go crazy but you know usually comes in the form dialogue just don't get a turkey sandwich today are.
