It wasn't but a few years ago I lost control of my weight.
I've always been a slightly "chunky" guy but I never really saw it as an issue.
Well as it turned out it was an issue...
a pretty serious one.
I went to my doctor for a check up and when he weighed me I was absolutely floored.
The scale tipped at a little over 300 pounds! I knew I was a bit big but that took me by complete surprise.
I knew something needed to be done or I wasn't going to live a long life.
My doctor told me I needed to do something as well because my cholesterol was through the roof, my body fat percentage was way too high and all of this was putting a strain on my heart.

Well the only problem with these methods is that they almost always come with a price.

You can lose the weight by starving your self and taking these weight loss pills but you are really just hurting yourself, and I found that out the hard way.

This was because my body was not getting any of the nutrition it needs to survive.
