Workout for home to get ripped:
- Stretch and warm up
- 100 jumping jacks
- 50 free squats
- 25 box jumps (jumping sideways over something about 30cm high)
- 10 burpees
- 25 tucking crunches
- 5 diamond press ups
Workout for gym to get ripped
- Stretch and warm up on a rower for a mile or two
- Grab a bench press bench and hog it for the whole workout
- Pick a weight and keep that same weight all exercises
- Start with:
- Bench press x 12
- Clean and press x 10
- Dead lifts x 30
- Straight leg deadlifts x 30
- Box jumps over barbell with weights on
For these workouts to burn fat double time, you have to put the intensity in there.
No resting between exercises otherwise you might as well just be doing a typical weights workout.
Resting is not very conducive to burning fat.
