It's key that you put yourself in your visitor's shoes. See things from their angle in their life and never deny that point of view. When times are tough, people tend to retrench to earlier or simpler views which they have to in order to survive emotionally as well as physically. You can do them a favour by both supporting them in this view and showing a way round it. People on the internet are looking for people they can trust and get good benefits from in their products.
Encourage hopes. Maybe what internet marketers really sell is hope. Hope that enough money will solve problems and make dreams come true. As long as they buy your product, of course. Ensure, then, that you cultivate that hope and never deny its possibility of being fulfilled. Also, ensure that your product lives up to its promise so their hopes can be maintained.
Support them. From their point of view there may be some obviously bad people. Maybe they see those people as holding them back. You need to support them in their views. They're as justifiable as anybody else's. Show them that you're on their side and you want to help them. Do this by providing valuable content which is usable by them and increases their undestanding of internet marketing or your product's topic.
They are winners. Support them as already being winners or as potential winners. The problems they have can be overcome if they themselves are just given a reasonable opportunity. Don't deny that they have that possibility.
They're afraid. At the root of their worries, of course, is fear. This is to do with not meeting their commitments, never mind getting to their dreams. Align yourself with those fears, showing understanding and respect for them. Encourage the feeling that things are bound to change for the better and fears will be overcome.
