How Many Calories are in Each Serving? Very important, folks! Just because it comes in a bar or shake, does NOT mean it's going to be low calorie or even diet food at all! Some meal replacement supplements are for people looking to pack ON the pounds (especially in the protein bars and shakes) and will actually have you GAINING weight, rather than taking it off.
How affordable is the diet, and how does it taste? For me, this is major league important, as I need a diet that TASTES great, but I can afford as well.
