You should not focus on taking in more protein from only one source even if it is the "best".
What I am trying to say is that you should vary your protein source.
Do not just eat eggs all day, but instead, go for chicken, dairy, nuts, etc.
Egg is not better than chicken and neither is chicken any better than eggs.

However, if you are comparing one little egg to a chicken breast, then of course the chicken breast will be better in terms of providing you more grams of protein.
Also, the size of the egg matters.
5 extra large eggs will give you more protein than 5 medium sized eggs.
Not only is varying your protein sources great for your body, but it will also prevent you for getting bored too quickly with your diet.
Can you imagine eating eggs all day long for the entire year? That would make most people quit within a week or two.
As mentioned earlier, you can also get protein from fish, nuts, steaks, etc.
to balance out your diet.
Some bodybuilders will avoid steaks because of the fat content, but others would eat it for the protein.
I consider a steak like a "cheat meal" for the week.
Not only is it delicious, but it is also packed with high amounts of protein.
