- 1). Open Outlook and navigate to your Calendar. Any date or view will suffice.
- 2). Press the "Print" button on your toolbar. The Print window opens.
- 3). Select the "Define Styles" button in the middle of the Print window "Print style" section.
- 4). Choose the style type you wish to edit from the Print styles on the left. Press the "Edit" button once you select a style. The Page Setup window for the specific style you selected opens.
- 1). Make changes to the Format of your selected style. You can alter days, time range, fonts and choose whether or not notes will be printed out on the calendar.
- 2). Click on the "Paper" tab at the top of the window. Here you can customize print options dealing with the margins, the paper size, paper type and the orientation of the print.
- 3). Click on the "Header/Footer" tab at the top of the window. Here you can put in a header that appears at the top left of each page, top center or top right. You can do the same for each footer.
