Right now I would like to share with you a very brief but effective fat loss routine that you can do without equipment and you can do right in the comfort of your own home.
This exercise routine will help you burn fat, build muscle and essentially get you in great shape.
The first thing that you will do for your fat loss routine is a quick warm up of the exercises that you will be doing for the main course.
But you will want to do these at about half of the intensity, do it just enough to get some good blood flow and open your lungs a little bit.
While doing these exercises you will want to do 3 sets and while doing your sets to not take a break in between.
After you complete your sets take a quick break about 30s to 1 minute and start on the next set.
Workout routine: Exercise 1: Do push ups for 30 seconds Exercise 2: Do Vertical leaps for 30 seconds I said before make sure that you do 3 sets and take a one minute break in between each set.
Afterwards you will most likely be exhausted, but the good thing is that you put your body through an awesome fat loss routine that will burn fat as fast as possible.
If you have time for a cool down take a walk around your neighborhood or stretch for awhile.
But if you can't...
Don't sweat it - but it will insure that you burn even more calories.
