Grand Castles – Fortified Fantasies of Europe

Europe, a travellers'hub to enjoy not only open-air fancies but also fortified fantacies. You can take it for granted that Europe travel will satisfy your thirst for romantic joy on one hand and your appetite for supernatural pleasure on the other. Giant castles standing tall in splendours and grandeurs are found in most countries of Europe. A visit to some of the castles and a walk inside will leave you with an intense feeling 'WOW'. If you go with my experience, the following European castles are the places to be at, to explore the supernatual beauty of Europe.

Prague Castle in Czech Republic
An architectural edifice of awe-inspiring wonder in Czech Republic. Prague Castle is a beautiful walled city with palaces, cathedrals, houses and streets. This castle city is reflective of the glorious history of the ambitious rulers and their epoch-making victories. The design of Prague Castle is a harmonious blend of Gothic, Romanesque and baroque styles. On a summer evening when it is sundown, some sights in the interior of the castle are bewitching and beguiling. Make much of your Europe travel, with a visit to this European castle city.
Schloss Neuschwanstein in Germany
Schloss Neuschwanstein is what Bavaria boasts of, in Germany. One of the finest examples of typical fairytale grandeur, this European castle was built during the reign of Ludwig II, known as Bavaria's mad king. Reading romantic epics was an obsession with Ludwig II. A picturesquely beautiful waterfall offering wonderful views dominates the centre of Schloss Neuschwanstein. You can make your way to the castle like a prince or princess, in a horse-drawn carriage. An experiece of Europe travel to boast of.
Tintagel in England
Not only monuments but also castles give visual pictures of England's age-old history. A visit to Tintagel is a spectacular to the historical past of England. Built during the rule of the Earl of Cornwell in the 13th century, this mammoth stronghold is the spot to wonder at, during Europe travel. This history of Tintagel is associated with the story of a boy who became king by pulling a sword from a stone. Another stop on the way to this castle is Tintagel Old Post Office, a historical building of the 14the century.
Corvin Castle, Hunedoara, Romania
The spookiest castle of Europe on Dracula's patch. Corvin Castle of Hunedoara is supposed to have been the place of imprisonment for Vlad. With the cascading river under the bridge, this European castle is known for its spine-chilling ambience. Built, in the 15th century, by the Hungarian Corvin family, this stronghold has many hideous steelworks. Corvin Castle is a 30-40 minute bus journey from Deva, the nearest transport hub. Mentioned in the Europe travel guide, this castle is one of the attractions of Europe travel for those who are fond of supernatural romanticism.
Eilean Donan in Scotland, Titania's Castle in Denmark, Makbork Castle in Poland and Castell de Pbol in Spain are the famous strongholds, mentioned in the Europe travel guide.
