- Businesses often have parties for employees, especially around holidays or company milestones. Choosing a theme for a party often makes an event more fun, but if your company is in the casino business, you are already a step ahead of the game. Planning a casino theme party is easy and inexpensive.
- Decorations for a casino party doesn't have to be a hassle. Choose red, black and white, which represent the suits in a deck of cards. You can use streamers and latex party balloons for decorations. You could also take a length of cotton string and staple a deck of cards onto the string and use it as a streamer. Staple one card every 4 inches. You can make your own place mats by cutting hearts, diamonds, spades, and clubs out of black and red poster board. Create dice for the wall by cutting squares out of white poster board and coloring the black spots with a marker. Or you could make the dice three dimensional by cutting out six squares and taping them together into a cube.
- Depending on what your company specializes in, you can have tables set up with various gambling games. If your company specializes in slot machines, set those up. You can also try roulette, poker or blackjack. Instead of playing for money, have prizes of your choice available for winners of card tournaments. Another option is to play with real money and use the proceeds for charity.
- You could bake two round cakes and cover them in fondants of various colors. Decorate the cakes to look like poker chips and stack them off center on top of one another. For a simpler cake, make a sheet cake and frost it with white icing. Then use frosting to draw a poker hand on the cake. Or you could have a local bakery design a cake with your company's logo on it.
