Every guy has done it at least once AND according to some polls that have been taken about nine out of ten guys wish they could avoid premature ejaculation.
And of course, behind every guy that wishes he could last longer in bed is a woman that wishes for the very same thing.
There are a plethora of products that claim they have the answer to your problems, but it sure would be nice to cut through all the crap and get right down to a real solution that will solve your problem permanently - right? Here are some things that work (kinda), but they all share the same inherent problem.
- Extra thick condoms to reduce sensitivity (called climax control condoms).
- Desensitizing creams, lotions, & potions.
- Pills.
- Wearing condoms.
Obviously, for those that are not married, these should always be worn.
They can reduce sensitivity & help you to go longer.
NEVER wear two condoms.
This increases the risk of both condoms tearing.
- Masturbation prior to a sexual encounter is usually helpful in the quest for lasting longer in bed.
All these things share one or two common problems.
None of these solutions get to the root of the problem and almost all of them require an ongoing financial commitment.
For me these just do not seem like the answer I had been looking for.
I finally stumbled on some information that helped me understand why I was not living up to my expectations.
A big part of it is that we condition ourselves early on to be premature ejaculators due to poor masturbation techniques.
After years of doing this, almost every guy has no clue how to fix the problem.
This info I found taught me how to rewire the way I think about and approach sexual encounters.
Once I got through all the materials, I was able to DOUBLE & EVEN TRIPLE OR QUADRUPLE my time in bed.
Now, lasting in bed is the norm and early ejaculation is the exception.
My wife and I could not be more thrilled.
