- 1). Click "Start" and then click "Control Panel."
- 2). Double-click the "Internet Options" icon on the Control Panel window that opens.
- 3). Click "Connections" tab on the Internet Properties dialog box that opens and then click "LAN settings."
- 4). Click to select the "Use a Proxy Server for Your Local Area Network (these settings will not apply to dial-up or VPN connections)." Check the box on the LAN Settings dialog box that opens.
- 5). Type "0.0.0.0" in the Address box.
- 6). Type "80" in the Port box and then click "OK."
- 7). Click "Apply" and then click "OK."
